We were initially appointed to help align and communicate DHL's supply chain capabilities. They wanted to be more relevant to sector-specific challenges and needed consistent messaging to give one joined up narrative to the customer.

Solution

Research and internal workshops provided the background for the key market challenges vs DHL’s innovation and abilities. This generated sector-specific messaging grids alongside supporting sales collateral to ensure consistent communication across the markets.

From this, we moved on to campaigns designed to position DHL as a thought-leader whilst generating leads and nurturing logistics decision makers. These B2B lead generation ‘campaigns in a box’ were easy for regions to localise and implement, with some achieving upwards of 700 high quality leads.

More recently we have been supporting the Customer, Solutions and Innovations (CSI) team to create content for account-based communications, social media and events held at their Innovation Centres.
